So sad. When I called to get trip info I was told by Elizabeth and Jeannie both , ok but we close in 15 minutes. Ask if they could send me a book but never took my address. I have an membership and couldn't even get any help. Good thing I can do it myself!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very stressful experience so far. I paid 6 months worth of insurance only to still get threats of cancelation for not paying monthly. My agent has yet to rectify the situation even after mentioning it to him.
