Denise and her team did an amazing job from start to finish. She listened to what we were needing and found us a 100% match for our family vacation. The process was seamless and every detail was taken care of ahead of time. I never worried for one second and knew we were in good hands. The team followed up throughout and made sure all of our questions were answered. They thought of everything and even gave us helpful reminders for our trip. I highly recommend them and will use them again every year!

What a great experience thanks to Denise and Ashley!    They were responsive and patient with our numerous pre-vacation questions!  Their vacation guide booklet was so helpful!  Arriving at the airport and having transportation arranged was the perfect way to start our stress free vacation.  The added catering by the driver with a glass of champagne, flower, gift bag, and cool towel was very appreciated!  The resort was beautiful and accommodating!  Our rooms were amazing!  Highly recommend Travel Concepts Inc.

Travel Concepts helped us schedule a fantastic vacation for 4 to New Zealand and Australia.  As someone who travels all over the world on a frequent basis I am used to the challenges of travel.  I have to say this was the most flawless trip I have ever taken.  My 3 travel companions and myself were thrilled at the sites we saw, quality of accommodations and worry free travel.  The documentation was detailed and perfect.  We even had concierge at one of the hotels comment on how professional the printed itinerary was.  We enjoyed the south Island in New Zealand and then Sydney, Cairns (Great Barrier Reef) and Hamilton Island (Whitsunday Islands).  All were fantastic with the scheduled tours, transfers, and hotel accommodations all exceeding expectations.  If you want a worry free vacation I would definitely recommend Travel Concepts!  They not only plan, but are quick to respond during travel for any needs while abroad!  5-Star rating for sure!  Would give more if available :)

Travel Concepts has managed a number of overseas trips for me and my family. Thy are fantastic!   We had to make travel changes mid trip while in Ireland, The team was incredibly responsive!!

I have worked with Denise and Ashley at Travel Concepts over the years regarding a variety of travel plans.  Mostly group travel.  We have a group that travels together every other year.  It is such a relief to work with Travel Concepts and let them handle all the planning and communication.  They work with the resorts to organize dinners and outings, and these events are seamless and wonderful.  Travel Concepts is attentive to every member of my group.  I could not be more pleased with our past trips, and I always look forward to working with them!
