I called on Saturday morning at 10:30.  They had only one "agent" to answer questions, Lakeisha.  She was with another person, and would call me back according to Tess.  At 12:00 I called back and Tess said Lakeisha was on another call.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  She said there was no supervisor in the office today, so she went to get Ken West's number.  When she came back, she said Lakeisha was off the phone.  When I told her I called at 10:30 and didn't get a call back, she said she didn't have a message to call me. She could not help me with my problem, and told me I would have to contact the Ohio office- which couldn't help me at 10:00 AM and was closed by this time.  Not helpful.

I have had a terrible experience with AAA for Homeowner's insurance. I am now questioning if I'll get any kind of service on my car insurance should I have an accident. I'm going to cancel it all.
