I been trying to plan a trip I talked to Janice and never received the email nor did I receive a call back. Office hours is pointless because they never answer between those hours. So unprofessional

Janice is really great at what she does! She is very helpful and awesome at making suggestions. 2 friends have booked their destination weddings through her and both places were great. I have used her services for several trips.
