We called for a cab tonight, we were told wait time was 25 minutes.  Ok, we could do that, we were going to Casa Blanca restaurant in Palm Desert  for a birthday dinner.  We're pretty laid back, but after an hour of waiting for a cab, called the company.  They told us the cab driver came but no one was out waiting.  Untrue, we sat out, in the cold wind, in front of the office of Sam's Family Resort and Spa, no cab came into the parking lot.  We told the dispatcher we would be in front of the office.  This wasn't the first time we've used this company, but it is certainly the last time. Thanks to the cab driver for ruining our night out, but wait, we made the best of our night and mixed up some left overs for our birthday dinner!   Will remember to not use this cab company again, and also tell guests at the spa to call a different taxi company if they ever have use for a cab.

Ruined My Day - Called the day before to have a cab at my place at 6:30 a.m. I was taking my disabled mother who has Alzheimer's to the Balloon Festival Breakfast in Cathedral City. I called at 6:30 and asked if my cab was on its way. I was told no but they could call and let me know when it was. I asked about how long of a wait, she said at least half an hour. I am out $24 for tickets to the breakfast not to mention what it takes for me to get my mother up and dressed and medicated and WAITING to go somewhere but no. Thank you for nothing. I used your service quite frequently as I do not have a car. I WILL BE USING A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER!!

I'm annoyed that I actually have to give you one star in order to post this!

Dispatch couldn't speak English,  I had to explain where the Courtyard Marriott was in Palm Springs.  Right next to the airport and had no idea what I was talking about. Then the driver couldn't get me to my point of destination. Had to pull out my phone to get him there.  Monday night is definitely the B squad.
