The cab driver was clean cut and his cab was super clean and smelled good. Driver got us to the music festival quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable of the area, knowing what short cuts to take to avoid the traffic. He had on pleasant music, unlike others drivers whose music can be offensive. Would take a yellow taxi again!

Couldn't ask for more. I Pre ordered a car to pick me up at the Airport.  Driver was waiting with car right in front. Clean car , Driver was very nice and  drove excellent. Prices are a lot better then Uber or Lyft.  I will definitely use them again.

Used service before with no problem, called again pre ordered for a certain time and no show, I call the company and they said 20 more minutes ...well now I'm late for work :-(

Dangerous cab drivers & very dirty cars. This has to be the most unsafe cab service however they are A monopoly in the desert giving kickbacks to the hotel valets I have seen it many times blocking other cabs from entering the city. anna the manager disregards complaints & calls over the filthy cab conditions & dangerous drivers. We went to dinner from the hotel , & had a driver who ran a stop sign & drove the wrong way. We exited the car early for safety reasons...The driver also said he was undocumented which is illegal, Choose another service they are one step away from a huge lawsuit.
