Great experience working with American Custom Contractors.   Previously denied insurance roof replacement due to hail/wind damage with another company.  American Custom Contractors was able to get repairs approved and did great repair work.  Highly recommended.

As last year we were told by a different contractor that we need our roof replaced, we decided to get a second opinion and we did the free inspection of the roof with American Custom Contractors after a bad hail storm. To my surprise they told us that our roof still has 10-15 years left and it has minimal damage from the hail. The person they sent, David, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.  I really don't take the time to post reviews, but this time I had to post this as I was impressed with their honesty. It is very hard to get a honest opinion these days when everybody tries to sell you everything. I would recommend them based on our experience with them. When our roof will be replaced, they will be the first one to call.

I had a great experience working with American Custom Contractors. After some damage to my roof I sought the referral of some friends and ending up contacting them. It was a great decision. An ACC representative came out to take a look and that was pretty much the extent of my involvement. They took care of everything and worked with my insurance company to handle the claim. The staff was always a pleasure to deal with, the work was excellent, and they cleaned up everything. I'll make sure to refer them to anyone that asks.
