Working with BRAX Roofing was wonderful.  From the beginning, James noticed that we had shingles which had been recalled, and suggested that we notify our home insurance company.  Then, James worked with our insurance, who eventually agreed to a complete roof replacement.  This was on top of already giving the best estimate of the companies we had initially contacted.  The workers who did the replacement were very efficient, and they cleaned up very thoroughly. Overall, a great experience.

We worked with BRAX to have some leaks repaired a while back and had a great experience. We recently had them replace our entire roof. Boris did a thorough inspection and was extremely informative about what was going on. He was professional, timely and honest.  I liked that a lot of pictures were taken through the process so we were aware of what was done and what things looked like underneath. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend BRAX.

They did a very good job estimating the work needed, adapting their quote to additional requests, and helping us plan for the future of the roof. We will absolutely be using them for our roof replacement when the time comes.

I called BRAX because of the good customer reviews in google and the high BBB rating.   We started on the wrong foot as the first person who was assigned to us didn't send the service recommendation we needed.  But Shayan worked to get another colleague to come same day after I stressed the urgency of our problem.  We were scheduled for repair and inspection service right away and documentation (including pictures) of what they did and found were sent via email.  It was great service overall in spite of the first glitch and very professional. Thank you!
