I had an ongoing problem with my light/fan fixture in the bedroom which I have been waiting for my landlord to address for quite some time. I finally got tired of waiting and found AES inc on google. Mr Casey Brown the electrician and service manager answered my call immediately and was extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. He was at my house within an hour of my call. He was very helpful and professional. Repairs were made and the cost was MORE than reasonable. I am a very happy customer who would not hesitate to call or refer Mr. Brown and American Electrical Services in the future.

We had some wiring done in our bedroom using this company.  Mr. Brown came and did the estimate as promised and was incredibly professional and friendly.  The two men who did the work, however, were loud and argued with eachother over the whole job.  They also insisted on telling me that I was wrong when telling them that the fixture they were installing had worked for months before they removed it from it's previous spot.  Mr. Brown came out after this instance and fixed the problems we had with installation and was very professional about it.  In all, the work was done correctly and they cleaned up after themselves, but the job that should have taken about two hours ended up taking 4 because the two men could not agree on a solution to the problem and chose to believe it was something wrong with my fixture rather than something wrong with how they had installed it.

Same day response, considerate of my schedule, and so knowledgeable that they had a better idea what my problem was than I did even before they got there. Clean & professional, would use again! Highly recommended!
