It is very unfortunate that Watts Elec. was not  staffed to cover the work load they received from Lowe's on generic orders, they were prompt to come out get the contract and get paid upfront, then they would not even return calls about getting the unit delivered or install - UNLESS You called the Lowe's Corporate office then and only then did Watt's Electric return your call. 

However Lowe's did add another contractor to complete the work load Watt's could not keep up with.

 Paid for in Oct 2017 told it would be complete in Mid December 2017 here is Feb 13th 2018 and we have Thousands of dollars setting in the back yard waiting on another contractor to finish the job, (all of the before the snow storm in late Dec.2017, which Watt's tried to use as an excuse.)

This company is HORRIBLE. Two guys came out to install ceiling fans and didn't know how to pair the remotes. They said I needed to return 3 out of my 5 ceiling fans because otherwise there would be a conflict with the remotes. They talked **** about Lowe's and blamed them. So they left. 

Then I researched online and found out you can program more than 2 ceiling fan remotes and I learned how to do it. Well they only installed two. So I called to ask them to come back only 20 minutes after they left and they said it's too late and now I have to wait another week. 

You're the "electricians", not me. I'm PAYING YOU because you are "electricians". But I have to be the one to research how to install stuff and now I have to wait all this extra time because they don't feel like coming back today. 

The lady on the phone sounded like a bratty teenage girl and she was totally incompetent just like the moron installers. . She hung up on me when I raised my voice even though they're the ones who ****** up. 

Do not use this crappy company.

EDIT 10/24/17: So the appointment was originally schedule for today between 3-5 PM. At 5 PM noone was  here so I called their company. The same bratty girl answered the phone and I told her they were supposed to be here between 3 and 5 and she says "ummmm nooooooooo it's tomorrow between 10-12". So she rescheduled it without letting me know.

Great service very helpful. I love my new generator. Would recommend them to anyone anytime.

Couldn't even get a call back  girl in the office is clueless and useless.  Show room lol I don't think so !
