I had a couple problems but the lady up front was very helpful she was on the phone for like 30-45mins. She didn't have an attitude and she was sweet. I enjoy going anywhere where the staff is respectful and smiles.

I have been a patient at this Dentistry for several years now and I have nothing but praise for the whole staff. From the time you walk through the door you are treated with the upmost care and respect as a patient. I don't think there is another hygienist that can come close to Lisa. She has worked with me for years  to clean years of neglect............and she does it with the best personality you can ever imagine. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. JB

had a root canal done in July of 2016 and kept experiencing pain in the same tooth the root canal was done on. Fast forward, I'm told to return to this dentist office to get my tooth checked out again since they completed my root canal initially. So I returned to them in Feb 2017 due to tooth pain in the same tooth. During the exam of the tooth,  it was discovered that THEY had MISSED a canal while completing my root canal in the summer. So I had to pay to get what was supposed to have been taken care of in the past again. Not including having to get a crown put on the tooth. Now I have a crown on the tooth that they completed the root canal on and I am still experiencing pain in this same tooth. When I told the dentist about it at my final appointment with her, she tried to brush off my symptoms by stating that it was because I needed a tooth cleaning in that area and that the tooth in front of that one needed a root canal too so that's where the pain was coming from.  So now, I'm still having pain in my tooth which I've had a work done on twice due to the dentist missing a canal and my tooth becoming infected.  I would advise everyone to use caution when dealing with this dentist office located at 2130 W Poplar Ave. also, get a second option from another dentist. If I could give them a negative star I would.

Simply the best.  Staff members are professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable.  Equipment is state-of-the art.

Awful, never go there. Screamed at my daughter because she has anxiety and a fear of needles. Doctor was so disrespectful and unprofessional. He showed her the needle, raised his voice at her, and wouldn't give her laughing gas to help with anxiety.
