I have never had a tooth pulled but went in to have a bad tooth pulled  and ended up having 2 pulled.  Very professional and explained everything completely so that I was very comfortable.  Procedure was painless due to shots and gas.  Also very happy they were open for this on a Sunday.  Could not have waited another day.

One star for Dr. Hayes due to his pleasant hospitable care and knowledge of dentistry.  From the cancelling of my appointment on the same day of my procedure which led me to be seen in the ER to the unpleasant attitude of the front desk person I'm completely outdone with the service provided at this office.  At almost 40 I'm certain to never have received a reprimand  for being late to the appointment.  If you want to reschedule that would have been an option but to yell at the patient was absurd. Here now to add to the injury I suppose the penalty was to make me pay $500 up front because of my tardy.  What was was so unfortunate is that I were going to pay the entire procedure over $1100 at the time of service.  The rude, appalling, arrogant nature of the front desk receptionist was enough for me to take my business, money and positive business review to an office where the patient is treated with respect and hospitality.  It was more important for staff to be rude, intimidating and harsh toned than to accommodate a paying patient.  I'm sorry I ever spent a dollar here or trusted coming even after they cancelled my much needed procedure 2 hours prior to me arriving previously.   It was not the first time there were a rude encounter with those working at the front desk here but you try not to make a deal out of things and carry on due to keeping the environment calm.  I hope management is not the example of what has been displayed of the front desk clerks.  If this is modeled behavior at this office I pray someone feels the need to reconcile this behavior and learn to treat patients with respect being concerned with patient care.

I haven't had the best dental experiences in the past and have a small fear of the dentist... But today I got a cavity refilled and was a little worried going into it but everything went so smoothly! Dr. Hayes and his assistants are very reassuring and kind! I didn't feel a thing which was the best! Thank you so so much!

Needed emergency work due to severe pain, Dr.Hayes took my appointment same day even though I was a new patient and took care of my problem. Staff is friendly and the whole procedure was pain free. Thanks Hayes Family!

Best dental group ever! Fast, efficient and professional.  Great team that does great work.  I mean, who has fun at a dentist anyway? You will have fun here. Highly recommend Hayes family dentistry!
