This location has never done me wrong. I just called in with a problem/concern, and Erica, sorry if I'm spelling it wrong, was stellar. Answered all my questions and was patient. Honestly, give her a raise. Would recommend this amfam for all your insurance needs.

We have been very pleased working with Dan's agency. Only one minor claim in lots of years and it was handled perfectly.

Dan & his team never disappoint. I always feel like they're on our side, looking out for us, by working with AND for us. Our go to contact in the office, Brenda, is the epitome of customer service. A rare gem that is hard to find these days in the workforce, especially customer service. I feel like I've been with Dan Moore; American Family Insurance, forever!

Always a consistent experience with the Dan Moore team.  They are always there to answer any questions.  Dan always reaches out to schedule any planning time, if we find we need it.  I wish the prices didn't go up for the insurance, but upon doing insurance comparisons, I've find the prices to be competitive.  You always needs to be careful when another insurance company appears to offer a better deal, because they often aren't apples-to-apples on the coverage amounts.  The AmFam app is very good and easy to use.  I find myself using it more and more to check up on coverage. It's just a nice thing to have in case of an accident.  All in all, very satisfied with my insurance and support from the Dan Moore team.  Thank you.

Dan Moore is a fantastic agent and advocate for his insurance clients. Dan and his team have been a huge help in helping me navigate the complicated world of insurance and restoring my rhythm of life. I have felt valued and heard and have been pleased with my experience with Dan and his team + the AmFam company.

Don't know who Dan is but after 40+ years, I will be closing my account.  I have reached out to have modifications done several times and not been responded to.

Dan, Brenda, and company have and continue to take good care of my insurance needs.  And it doesn't hurt that they are great people as well:  Been with Dan for 32 years so I believe I have a solid base of experience behind my opinions.

We had a water pipe break and flooded the kitchen, living, room,  family room, and basement. We called American Family and they arranged all the repairs with the help of my son Jeff and the contractor thanks to them everything is fixed.

I called in and had my insurance changed from one vehicle to another  in only a few minutes. They were very helpful! I had started with AmFam 19 years ago, and have my two vehicles and home with them. Thanks guys!
