I've had my auto and renters/home policies with Scott Folsom at State Farm for the last several years.  Scott was thorough about reviewing my coverage needs and helped me to consider my deductible options etc.  I feel as my agent he considers my individual needs without overstating and in turn assures that my premium is appropriate.  He does a periodic review of my policies to make sure that if my situation changes that he help me to modify my policies to reflect those changes when appropriate.  I'm very pleased with the service that he provides as well as his office assistant, Sarah.  Thank you for the great service!

I was hit by a driver which was insured by State Farm at the time of collision. I was told by my own agent at this office that there was nothing that they could do to help me get back on the road and that coverage for uninsured accident coverage specifically covers bodily injury and will not pursue the other party on my behalf. 
Suggestions for how to proceed did not reflect the severity of the accident or damage. If this is how they treated an accident that I actually was at fault for I would be devastated on behalf of the other driver.
