Leo has been great dealing with my business and home insurance needs.   He saved me some money when i switched from my previous insurance company.   He has always been prompt in answering my questions, i recommend him highly!

If it was possible to give this agency negative stars I would. My 2 policies were sold to this agent 2 years ago and during that time I have had to call them to tell them to renew my policy bc they never sent me a bill to renew my policy and coverage had lapsed.  I have called them twice to submit proof of insurance to my mortgage company. Each time I call they get confused between the 2 policies or claim that I don't have insurance with them. One of the staff didn't know which documents to submit to the mortgage company and said another staff would but they never sent in the documentation. Instead they sent it a document saying they couldn't provide anything. So 5 months later my mortgage company purchased insurance that I"m already paying American Family for. When I called and told Leo that his staff was not competent he responded that I needed to find a new agent and didn't know why I was calling to be nasty to them.  WHY? Because I have spent hours on the phone with the mortgage company bc his staff didn't know how to do their job AND I paid twice for the same insurance.

Terrible service from this agent. Talks to you with a " I don't want to help you" attitude. He promised a quote for me and I never herd back. Went to another insurance agency that's not American Family and got everything I needed the next day. Stay away from this place they don't care and just give you an attitude.
