Shannon is awesome. She catered to my needs and was very knowledgeable. Her recommendation for the size I needed was straight to the target. Facility is clean and hours for the gate access is very convenient.

Was charged for 3rd party rental insurance to cover items in my storage unit even though I submitted my own rental insurance when I moved in.  Once I realized insurance was being charged, I asked for a refund. I was told "sorry the employee  that checked you in doesn't work here anymore and the insurance is thru a 3rd party so WE can't refund it".  All that time, I thought what I was paying was just the storage fee.  I only found out because a new employee slipped up and mentioned it when i was getting quotes on smaller size units for a friend. Over 1 year+ they were milking me.  I could never get the owner's phone # to complain and see if he was aware of the possible scam.  Finally after much conversation, I got a phone call from owner. Talked for less than a minute.  Then he said "sorry I have a bad connection, I'll call you back tomorrow when I'm in the office". That 2nd call never happened.  His "was anonymous, so I couldn't call him.

We have had this storage unit for over a year now since we travel for work all year. We've never had any issues with anything at this facility. The temperature controlled units are nice. The property is fenced in with a gate so it's very secure. Staff is great and we are able to call in and pay when needed with no problems.

VERY HOTTTT CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS. The STAFF is RUDE at TIMES! Price is VERY reasonable and competitive!
