Reserved a truck and dolly 3 weeks in advance. The day before pick up my reservation was confirmed along with the equipment I requested. The next day I go in to pick up the truck and they tell me they have no dollies available. Really?? I had a washer, dryer and deep freezer to move! What's the point of making a reservation and confirming a reservation only to not have the items you reserved??? So after we unloaded our belongings we had to go to Home Depot and rent a dolly. Never again will I use Uhaul for my move! Plus they are way too expensive now.

Do not let them do any installation. I went here to get a 4 way flat trailer wireing to tow a trailer.  They used no zip ties the wire touches parts of the engine is wrapped around the gas tank mounts the wires are hanging down and touching the ground, and worse of all they have the wires going through the suspension.

This place is on point. Real fast service and great customer service! Whoever runs this place needs to teach other establishments their at running a well oiled machine.

Waited in line for an hour to rent a 26' truck on Sunday then turned in 7 hours later to be charged an additional day and gas. Would not recommend for any military use. Very unpleasant experience.
