In a nutshell...nice couch. Friendly and not pushy. The date and time of delivery is handled in an unorganized way. And treated like calling and wanting to know what's up with the expensive stuff I purchased is such a burden. I just need a correct date and time, that's all. If its not known for sure, then explain that, I'd understand.

If I could give the American Freight in Mishawaka no stars that would be great!!! I've purchased so much from them in the past so when I wanted a glass dining room table set i knew this was the place. The table was beautiful; I purchased it along with two extra chairs and a bar set in Feb.; I paid cash and it took over two months to receive my order. Unfortunately all of it wasn't there and the glass was damaged when taken out of the box and I had paid someone to pick it up for me. Spoke to one of the mangers he told me that it was guaranteed to be in store within the week. Here it is June and I don't have all of my order nor replacement glass from where the glass was all scratched up. I'm sadly disappointed and it appears that they don't care and they aren't trying to make it right. I'll never shop here again and I won't refer anyone else the either.

We trade in the furniture to our home ourself but noticed a small tear and 4-5 scratches upon reaching home..we called them to let them know about the situation but they said as we picked the furniture ourself,we have to take that to their place by our expenses and labour..and if they had to come and take away the furniture we have to pay the delivery expenses.. That was totally unacceptable..they had to make sure that before delivering the furniture to us,they should have rechecked the furniture for tear and scratches... Customer satisfaction is zero however customer handling was good..

Unfortunately I have to give them one star or I would give them none. We purchased a furniture set from them last week and we were set to have it delivered three days ago. They stood us up all day the first day and didn't show up till about 9 o'clock at night and then they damaged the couch and the door entryway while they were here. Then they took the furniture back so that they could replace it since it was damaged and they were supposed to deliver new furniture the next day. However they never showed up the next day and they kept telling us they were on their way with our furniture and stood us up. On the third day we asked for a refund because we were fed up. They told us though that they don't give refunds and we would have to accept the delivery when they decided to deliver it or take in-store credit. Please don't ever buy anything from American Freight you'll be really sorry you did. Now we have no furniture and property damage.

Paid off my bed yesterday and was told it would be here today called at noon said three hrs they would be here it's 10:12 pm now and no bed. They don't answer the phone and American freight was no help to tell us anything. If I could give them negative stars I would there all there to help you buy and when it comes to delivery they are not at all helpful. Me and my fiance bought a new house today and have a house and no bed. They still have not answered many calls. And I'm paying $105 for delivery on something that never even came. Highly displeased and do not recommend anyone to go to this place. Also got a couch that will not come for a least shortest two months.
