Thank you to the entire team at Furniture Row in Mishawaka, IN! Nathaniel has been incredible in assisting me with my sectional purchase a few months ago and a couple of phone follow-ups! Brian was completely understanding of me wanting some space as I searched for a bed/headboard but was available for all questions and with assisting with my final purchase. Jim was so courteous when I went to pick up the headboard and got it securely loaded into the truck for me to take home. Thank you to these three gentlemen for their help and patience throughout the entire shopping experience! I'll be back for more soon!!

Walked in and was interested in making purchases, but the sales associates were more interested in chatting together than initiating with a customer. Bummer for them. Other furniture stores in the area have been much more helpful.

My wife and I drove 50 miles to visit Furniture Row in Mishawaka. We were looking for a new recliner. We were thrilled to see the selection that was available. We did have two employees greet us -- one in the bedroom section and one in the recliner section. At the time they approached us, we didn't have any questions. Soon after being approached in the recliner section, we found the chair we wanted and were ready to purchase it. However, all the sales associates were busy. We paced around the store and waited, walking up to the sales associate area and back to the chair we wanted. Eventually, the salesman who had approached us earlier was helping another couple make a purchase at the sales desk area. Another employee was walking around on the phone. I asked my husband, "Is that business or personal?" Because he could be helping us. The next thing I know, that salesman is talking at the couple being checked out by the other salesman. He goes on and on and on, telling then about his divorce, his dog, his kids -- how his ex says he's taking them away. All while we sit and wait for probably 45 minutes, hoping that when the salesman that approached us earlier is done helping the other couple, it will be our turn. He finishes with them at 8:00, just when the store closes, grabs his hat and locks the door. No one even offers us any help. I am certain that in our pacing around the store waiting for someone to finish up with another customer, we were seen. I know we were seen because we were greeted. And no one took the time to make sure we got help. Everyone just wanted to get out of there. And you lost a sale because of it. We have been to six other furniture stores looking for a chair, and I have never seen furniture salesmen so unwilling to get a sale and aloof of their surroundings.

Nice furniture and and decor. They are moderately price but will often markdown items when you show interest in buying.
