This Furniture Store has the best selections of furniture I have ever een. The Clerk's are Fantastic and
 they go out of their way to please. This is the place where 'THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST'. I ENJOYED myself so much. I recommend everyone should go and checkout this Furniture Heaven Out.  A super big 5 STAR RATING! If there were more stars to give I would definitely give them on this Super Huge Selection Furniture Store!!! Loved it!!! And a HUGE Thank You to Angel!!!

I appreciate the great service Serek, he was patient, not smothering.  Answered all of my questions, and if he had to, he would go look it up.  I am very happy with the quality of our furniture.  Bought a couch and love seat.  Even found a large storage Ottoman that matched.  Thank you very much American Furniture!!  I will go back for my next purchase.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Bought a leather couch from this place about three years ago because they offered a extra 5 year warranty on it. Long story short part of the couch was made form artificial leather and it began to peel and crack. We took good care of the couch and called the warranty company right away. The company had no record of our purchase. It came down to that fact that American Furniture no longer worked with this company. We were gravely disappointed and we contacted American Furniture. After a couple weeks of BS they took the couch to get it "fixed" . After a month brought it back; nothing was fixed and the manager pretended that he didn't know what cracks I was talking about. I spent about an hour telling him about the cracking leather beforehand. Then I went back to the store in person and asked for him to exchange the old warranty for a new one. He said no. I tried to reason with him. After all I paid for it and it was part of the original purchase. He agreed to give me a refund. ( which I still haven't gotten)  Wouldn't even look me in the eye while talking. It was a very emotionally stressful and disappointing experience. I felt cheated and powerless.

The sales person I dealt with was fantastic! I ran him all over the store and asked a ton of water which he answered for me! The delivery of my furniture was on time and the gentleman were polite and quick with the installation...my second purchase here couldn’t be  more satisfied!

Great customer service, excellent variety of furniture to choose from, and the quality of the furniture we bought honestly surprised us, given the amount of money we paid. Overall, good quality for the money. It's our second furniture purchase at this dame location, I only gave 4 starts because we had to wait so long to get our furniture because they were out of inventory and found out after we paid for it.
