I would never use this insurance agency.  My grandmother has had a policy with them for years and recently she called to straighten out 3 of her policies because they still had my grandfather's name on them and he passed away 6 years ago.  The manager of the store told my grandmother that she only had 2 policies and when she tried to give them the third policy number, he told her to "shut up" and to "quit being a liar" because there was no way for her to have 3 policy numbers when they only had 2 policies in their system.  This is no way to treat a customer.  He could have asked her to please come in and he could have helped her to work things out instead of treating her like he did.  I do not recommend this company to anyone.
