I LOVED STATE FARM INS, UP UNTIL I HAD A WRECK LAST MONTH. THEY PAID MY CLAIMS GREAT, BUT WHEN ASKED THE OPTION OF A RENTAL CAR THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD USE MY MOMS CAR AND THEY WOULD CUT A CHECK FOR HER FOR THE MILEAGE USED. WE CALLED TO CHECK WHERE THE CHECK FOR THE RENTAL CAR WAS AT, AND WAS TOLD NO I'M SORRY, THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD YOU WRONG, WE CAN NOT SEND YOU A CHECK. WHY OFFER THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE, WHY NOT CALL BACK AND TELL ME THEY TOLD ME WRONG. I COULD HAVE RENTED A CAR THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD PAY FOR AND NOT PUT THE WEAR AND TEAR ON MY MOMS CAR. GREAT JOB STATEFARM, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR OTHER INS.
