I'm not a policy holder, but the guy who hit and totaled my car, is. It's been two months after the accident. Company towed my car. Now I don't have money or my car. 
They ask for the same paperwork that I sent them the first day I contacted them. Later, sent me a letter to wait 45 days, even though they have everything they need. 
Oh, also, worst costumer service ever. They always put you on hold and when they finally answer, you can barely hear them. Hands down the worst insurance company.

I wish there was a zero stars option because this is literally the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. You have to wait on hold for 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone and once they pick up they still have no idea what they are talking about. On top of that I tried switching to another company and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee and would not get any of the payment back that I had just made even though I was not going to be insured with them that month. They told me they are not a pro-rate company and if I didn't pay the cancellation fee they would send the bill to collections and report it on my credit. I don't know how such a shady, crooked company could be legal in PA but apparently they are just skating by. Now I have to finish out my policy period with them paying entirely too much and being treated like just another source of money. I cannot wait to leave their company and would never suggest anyone signing up with them for anything, EVER.

I have never experience  such bad service as this. I can never get thriughbthier auto mates system, been tryi g kite rally for more than a week during their business hours. Always get options that I find want. I've been trying ti speak to so.fine from customer services. It won't even let me. I have to drive all the way to Blue bell Pa. Just to speak to someone in person. Unbelievable

Terrible company.   Will drag their feet, pull you through the ringer, and lie to you.  

I currently have an open claim from an auto accident occurring in Oct 2016, and was told by their employee Dominiqua Matthews in Dec 2016 that a check was on the way for damages to my car.  Instead of a check, I received a letter saying they need additional time (45 days) to complete the handling of the claim.  

Months passed, I'm continually calling and trying to get things moving forward.  Finally I'm told that I'll be given a smaller amount in damages, and that forms are on their way to be notarized for me to receive the check.  But, yet again, I'm sent the letter from Dec 2016 saying they need more time, even when I was told, outright, that forms were on the way.  

They're liars and do not care about those they serve.

If I could give this no stars I would. 
I reported a claim on the 4th of march, 2017. I  had the adjuster come look at my car on the 7th & by the 10th he had my estimate. 👍🏼

THEN. It is now April 4th of 2017, I still have no word on where the money is to fix my car, haven't heard anything for a month now.

I just called this place & the wait was already at 10 minutes, then some rude lady answers. She's sighing, she sounds rushed & she was sure quick to pawn me off onto "someone who can properly assist me" then this guy answres. Telling me... he got the email, he got my records pulled up, he got the estimate from the adjuster... HE NEVER CALLED TO GET MY STATEMENT! A month later they never tried reaching out to me, had me thinking I was getting my car fixed & NOPE!! Smh. Worst service ever.
