I want to love this place and I want to love laser hair removal but unfortunately I've had nothing but inconsistent and bad experiences here. I've had 8 different appointments and there are different technicians every time. Each treatment I receive is inconsistent and I have yet to see promising results. I'm told I am a prime candidate for laser hair removal (light skin, dark hair) but yet I still have undesired hair. They also keep poor records. There does not seem to be a unified computer system for appointments and client records because the technicians are always flipping through paper notebooks trying to find my history. 
If you are seeking laser hair removal, I would advise you to save your money and go elsewhere.

Services are reasonably priced, courteous and knowledgeable staff, and punctual appointments.  Staff is so friendly and helpful. They even called the next day to make sure there were no problems!

Terrible experience!  They are constantly changing staff, so you end up with someone who doesn't really know what they're doing.  Every single time I went (3 times now), there was a brand new tech that used a different method for treatment and gave me different aftercare and prep instructions!  I will say though, that all of the Midland clinic staff have been very nice and friendly.  It's impossible to get a hold of anyone at the corporate office and you can't even leave a voicemail because it says the mailbox is full!  I've had literally zero results too.  Their laser hair removal system just does NOT work!

Both of the girls here are wonderful. They are very kind and professional. Miranda is also an awesome tech! she constantly makes sure everything is going great during the treatments and she is lots of fun! I am currently going on my second full body treatment and the results are AMAZING. Each time I go in I feel welcomed and comfortable. My experience here couldn’t be better!
