I love shopping at the store but unless you know what you are looking for and it's location you won't get it. No one helps. They are too busy standing around talking to each other. Store is usually a mess. I would not recommend the salon to anyone. I have given it a couple of chances and it's a horrible outcome each time. No experience. They will tell you they can do it but in reality it's like giving the scissors to a toddler.

Absolutely worst experiences ever! Had a bad experience before but shrugged off. Came back. Pick up some “sale items” as marked by the sales tags all over the shelving. Wait in like for around 17 minutes to check out. Well the items ring up regular price. I stated all the signs say a sale price. 3 team member then say oh let’s look at the ad on their phones and say no they aren’t on sale. Clearly not! HOWEVER how about you all stop being soooo lazy and look at the price tags listed on the shelf!!! I proceed to say go back to the back of the store after waiting 17 minutes and advise hey y’all may want to remove the sale signs if they are incorrect... I was meat with an “oh, ok we’lol get to it” Seriously? That’s the response and they continue their side conversation at the front of the store. I went back, to double check that I read the signs correctly as well. No one came back and the line was back to around 18 People with none of the other 3 associates around. I failed to mention that the store shelves were nearly empty and there were boxes stacked higher than the shelving and blocking many isles throughout the store. Looks like poor management when 5 or more associates are in the store and only 2 can be seen doing anything! Won’t be back! I’ll spend more money elsewhere to avoid swing lazy staff too busy to help customers and properly run their store.

Made an appointment @ultabeauty for my daughter’s 10th birthday photos... We walk in and I immediately notice how trashed the store was. Check in for our appointment at 3:22pm (3:30 appointment), we’re asked to sit and wait and at about 3:45 a nice gentleman comes over and asks the details of what we want. I tell him a simple updo fit for a princess and classic makeup fit for a young girl. Not long after 4pm we sit down and he starts to curl. During this process, I hear the store manager telling (very loudly) her associates to “follow her” talking about a suspicious customer. Tacky. Anyways, after half of the curl was done, at 4:45 the stylist exclaims that he needs to rinse, cut and blow dry another customer and he’d be back, he assured me we would be out of there by 5:15. I had made it clear that we needed to be done no later than 6pm. Well 5:15 approaches and we are still sitting there, half curled and waiting. In the meantime the other stylists were sitting around gossiping and not even attempting to help. There was so much that needed to be done in that salon. Hair was EVERYWHERE. I am not an expert on the state rules governing salons but I feel they must be out of compliance. Finally our stylist comes back. It’s 5:37. He curls and curls and places a bobby pin here and there. He’s trying his best. He is so kind. All of the sudden when I see the finished product I panic because it looks horrible. He begins the makeup... he brings over a small plastic bin with the words “dirty” on the lid. He uses those brushes. He can’t find a sponge. He’s running back and forth to the makeup section and he’s panicking. Her makeup is starting to match her hair, it’s all bad, but he’s trying so hard and no one is even offering a hand. Dirty brushes. Hair everywhere. Three hours. Terrible work. I’ll never go back. $91 was what I paid. At the salon (6:35pm) they hand me a bill and tell me I have to go to the front to pay... there’s a line. Not only is there only 30 minutes of sunset left.. but now after three hours I have to stand in line to pay for a terrible hair-do. Long story short; we didn’t do photos and I wasted my money. #ulta #ultabeauty #ultahair #ultasalon #ultaisajoke

This place is constantly in disarray, never have anything in stock and if it is it's either destroyed or open. they just let people destroy the samples of the higher end makeup that ruins it for everyone.

Extremely rude. I went in to get a trim and they made me wait in front of the register (with an employee there) for 5 minutes before even speaking to me. When I asked for a trim the employee said that she'd have to check if there was any room available, while doing this she was talking to another customer and the customer seemed to be a friend, I assume, and the employee was agreed to cut that customers hair while she told me that they were completely full. Also keep in mind that there was only one employee cutting hair while the rest were not doing anything AT ALL!
