We hired American Roofing to replace our concrete-tile roof after storm damage. They took great care in helping us find new tile that was similar to our old roof and that would compliment the style of our home. American’s work crew were knowledgeable, approachable and hard-working – putting in long hours on our steep/unique roof (some days even working in the wind and snow) and giving us updates every step of the way. Much attention was given to detail & we are very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Like many homes in the Cleveland area, our roof was damaged during the last major wind storm. We contacted American Roofing based on a referral looking to access the extent of the damage. That night, the owner Anthony talked us through everything from the insurance claim process to the roofing work itself. He worked with the insurance company and the project manager every step of the way. With very little resistance, the complete tear off, and all necessary code upgrades were covered. The roofers themselves were efficient, clean, and friendly. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how everything went and have already recommended American Roofing to my neighbors.

Excellent service and communication throughout my roofing project. If you want your roof done right the first time, call American Roofing. These guys are pros that actually know what they are doing and they want the job done right. Commercial or Residential, they have you covered.

Anthony with American Roofing was helpful, responsive and trustworthy and was able to help me out with a quick project. I highly recommend American Roofing to anyone in need.

I have called them around 5 times in the last year. The secretary says that someone will call me back but I never get a call back. I got an email saying that someone would call and when he did, I missed the call. When I called back, the number was disconnected. I called the secretary again and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. The previous owners of our house said that American Roofing put on our roof, which is a rubber membrane roof. I just wanted them to come out and inspect it to be sure that there were no issues. I finally called another company and they came out next day. I own my own business and this is not the way to do business.
