We had 2 trees come down during Irma and American Roofing of Jacksonville got out there as quickly as possible, helped us make the best decisions for repair and matched our existing shingles perfectly. I was worried it would look like a patch-job, but it was executed seamlessly and looks fantastic. 
We were sent pictures throughout the process, as we were out of town. They detailed the repair plan and helped us understand the entire process.
Everyone we’ve communicated with has been professional, courteous, and competent! I highly recommend American Roofing if Jacksonville! They made a very stressful experience much easier to manage.

American Roofing was on my roof the day after Hurricane Irma left protecting the integrity of my home. They got us in to their schedule even though there were a lot of customers to deal with. We have a large roof but they had it removed in one day and installed on the next day. Both were very long days but the crew gutted it out. We now have a high quality roof. I can recommend American Roofing from a good experience.

I looked forward to working with this company as they are veteran owned. I requested a estimate to replace my roof. Their initial response was great. But I've been told I'd have my estimate the next day. I called 4 days later to get a status and again was told I'd have it the next day. Now close to 2 weeks later no estimate and no communication. I truly understand they are very busy however be realistic about the timeframe for estimates and don't give a date if you can't meet it. Communication goes a LONG way. If it's delayed a call or email would be nice.

From start to finish everything was great.  Eric called us before, during and after the job was complete top make sure we were satisfied and to see if there was anything he could do to make it a better experience.  They took care of everything and my wife, who works from home, hardly know they were up there.  There was absolutely  no disruption or mess  to my neighbors and even got compliments and inquiries from the elderly couple who never have anything good to say about anything.
I am recommending them to everyone I know.  They were quick, courteous, and very professional in every detail.  My roof looks like a million bucks and I am the envy of my neighbors.  Even the cranky ones.
