Very rude. Do not use this company. Bad business. They make an appointment and do not show up. Too much drama. Not responsible. Btw, not the best price. Word to the wise. You'll get what you asked for going with this company. Warming, do not use this company. You'd be better off doing your own roof.
Disappointed. Severely disappointed.

I called and set up an appt for an est for sat. the 20th....They called me thur. the 11th and asked if they could move it up to sat the 13th. The appt maker didn't seem that knowledge-able about roofing either.  I painstakingly took the day off work to get this estimate. They NEVER SHOWED!. someone from their office called me at 4:45 sat eve to ask how their estimator did. smh. Yesterday on the 16th They called me to confirm an appt. for today (the16th)  between 2 and 3......I told them they didnt show up the 1st time and he asked me to take today off to meet them. wow, NO, unlike Parliment Roofing I work for a living , and cant just take ANOTHER Day off..HORRIBLE SERVICE I cant imagine how bad the actuall work would be... No Thanks.

Why don't you keep appointments? You have me sitting at home waiting on you to come a specific time after you remind me a few days ago about the appointment? You should be ashamed.

UPATE: So, I write these guys a quick note and tell that I am considering a metal roof, but their reputation is so bad on line that I am afraid to use the,. He writes me back, tells me.  "Good luck sir, in my project" 

LOL! I  am still considering putting a metal roof on my place, (cosmetic) and I just saw a commercial for Parliament Roofing. Wow! I was ready to call them, but after reading these scathing reviews from customers, lol, well, Im not really up for the hassle. I think my existing roof works just fine! Hahaha! thanks for saving me people!

Contacted to get a quote & find out if they would provide financing. Gave them all my financial information. Set up appointment for estimate. They didn't show up for the estimate. Then they claimed they needed an OSHA qualified estimator because we had a steep slope. Couldn't tell me when that estimator would available. Asked how they knew we had a "steep" sloped roof if they didn't show up for the estimate. They informed us that they looked at photos online. Our property manager and 3 other roofing companies don't consider this a steep slope roof. These people only want to increase the cost and are not going to provide financing withou ripping you off.
