I should have written this review awhile ago to give credit where credit was due. Long story short, I purchased a Hot Spring hot tub. Andre was my salesperson and he was fantastic. I highly recommend. Was honest, attentive and genuinely cared. Well, my Hot Tub had a defect. Not the fault of American Sale, But Hot Springs. A tech was sent next day in an attempt to repair. The repair didn't work and the flaw was known by Hot Spring and a replacement was sent. Guess what, the replacement had the same flaw. Most people at this point would have lost their minds and probably wonder why I left a 5 star review. Well Manager Tony made sure he understood my frustration and that this would be made right. Fast forward and Corporate did make it right. I won't go into full detail, but I will say I was very satisfied with their outcome. I now have a Hot Tub (#3) that's working perfectly and I very much enjoy. None of this was the fault of A.S., and they were left to do damage control for Hot Spring. So to Andre, Tony and the rest of the crew there, thanks for having good old fashioned customer service skills and you weren't satisfied until I was satisfied.

Highly highly highly over priced!!! On everything!!! From pool supplies to patio furniture!!! To pool tables!!! All I can say is thank God for the internet!!! Won't be buying anything from them anytime soon!!! Honestly don't see this store being around in 10 years with those prices!!! Stay away

They had  wonderful stuff  probably they would need more people working there it just looked very empty and there were only 2 cars there.

I've been an American Sale customer, faithfully, for more than 12 years now...having gotten our Pool, Pool Deck, Hot Tub, Gazebo and all of our outdoor accessories from the store. They've always been great to deal with and if there was ever a problem...they've been there to take care of it. 

This time around I dealt with Colton, in Sales, who assisted us with our most recent Sojag Gazebo purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and made sure that we got the best deal on the product too! Then, within a week, the 3 man install crew came to deliver and assemble the gazebo, and it took no more than 2 hours time! That was AWESOME!! They were super friendly and did a really nice job! All in all, I always recommend American Sale since our experiences, with the store, have been nothing short of GREAT!!

Good selection and helpful employees. I went looking for a kids activity set outside with a slide and swing ect. Really nice catalogs and really well crafted display pieces but the price was double what I have seen at other places even homedopot or menards or SAMs club. Some of that is definitely the quality but too rich for my blood.
