Rob is the best... Great customer service! Friendliest I've met in a while... Gave us a great deal in our time of need! Moved our family from Midland,TX to Okc got here to find out our house wasn't even ready! Had to find a storage fast he had one and held it until we could get there with our 26ft Uhaul... We had to keep our truck rental extra days. He was able to let us return it to American self Storage instead of the company we had already set up to return it to..  Finally our house was ready a week later and we re rented the same truck and was able to move in... Thanks so much for all your hard work you did for us!!! Even though we only had the unit for a month I would highly recommend heading to American Self Storage!! Rob is the best!!!

New owners and the new manager Tina are so great!  I'd rented a unit here before when it was Morgan Road storage and though I personally never has any problems I shopped around before I went back. They are moderately priced and well worth the value! The new owners fixed up the units with a new roof and Tina takes pride in her place, making sure the isles are always clean and free of debris. When it came down to it Tina's excellent customer service sold me! She had me a unit and a U haul ready to go in 30 minutes and I ended up spending less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend American self storage to anyone looking, save yourself some time and give Tina a call!

I have been a customer of this particular storage facility for a very long time & the new management that has taken over this time is by far the best.  Very helpful, pleasant to work with.  I always feel I can call Tina any time with a question.  She doesn't make me feel like I'm being a bother, unlike the previous mgmt.  Thanks Tina for making it easier on me! It a pleasure doing business with you......

Only able to put 5 stars but worth so much more!  We were shopping around and couldn't have chosen a better place to go through! Tina made us feel welcome and at home and we are beyond thank and grateful for that!

I have never had any problems with this facility and the manager (Tina) is very nice. She will always call me and remind me of my rent and also takes my payment quickly and emails me a receipt.
