Ok gang...here is our "Historic Preservation" storage facility. I know most of you think we are nuts when you see the architecture and detail we put into a storage facility...but I live in a historic area (my business partner lived in Edgemere), and the historic details make a difference to us and to the people that live nearby...

We are doing something a little different in our approach to this business...we have a hope to really make a difference here in our local community...sooo to do that, we are running a special pricing schedule that we believe will ultimately put $20,000/year into the Cleveland Elementary School.

Here is how it works...we have 2 pricing schedules...one is the basic price, and the other is our promotional price. Our promotional pricing is $10 less per month than our basic price. To get the promotional price, you make a $25 donation to the Cleveland Elementary School, and for this donation, we take $10 off the basic rate per month, for an entire year. It also locks your rate for that year, and, if you are still a customer after that year is up, you have the option to make another donation to the school and retain your 'legacy' rate.

Your donation to the school saves you $120 (less your $25) a year, you get a tax write-off, and you feel GREAT about helping out an inner-city school! (not to mention a great looking place to store your stuff!)

Some other things we have done just to hammer home the idea that we are nuts...our lighting here is Dark Sky Compliant (pretty sure we are the only place in this region that can say this), all of these lights are LED so our energy consumption is near nil, our brick is brushed front historic brick (not easy to find considering all bricks used to build homes nowadays is a king or queen size brick), our windows on the office are HP quality wood windows, solid mahogany front office door with a speak-easy...iono...see what I mean...nuts...
