I've stored many of my belongings here off and on for about the last 4 years. My last experience left me with nothing. Upon moving the items out of our unit when we finally got a new home we discovered that ALL of it had been destroyed by mold. My 3 month old sofas , 3 beds and mattresses , nice dining table and 6 upholstered chairs , numerous boxes and totes of irresplacable personal items, my children's toys and clothing, important documents , all of it... Gone. The owners do not even care to respond to my calls. After spending thousands of dollars for this establishment to keep our items safe , I am devastated. What was I paying for all this time? I could've saved all of my money and just burned all of my personal belongings and furniture and had the same outcome. I highly suggest storing your property elsewhere. Their neglect of their facility that led to this mold problem and their indifference to the loss their customers face speaks volumes of their business practices and ethics.

Great managers. I have had my furniture, etc. here for over a year. I had to actually move to a bigger space to accommodate my parents things. I am very happy with the service I have received. The managers are on site. If you need anything you can call them. The place is clean, and there seem to be good tenants there as well. I like being able to rent a Penske truck there on site. Reasonable rates.
