After installing my tank risers I needed the team to return to add additional sections to put the covers above ground. The very next day they showed up and within 5 minutes I was ready to regrade the area, getting it looking good again. Great Work!

Dawn is always great to work with. American Septic not only does my home but our fire stations. They're honest and on time to the job sites. She is very knowledgeable on everything this is to know about septic systems.

My wife noticed a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and bubbling coming from the toilet when the other toilet was flushed. After asking around American Septic Services came highly recommended from several people at work. After first initial visit they had quoted us to pump the septic tank and clean or replace the filter. After doing some research, I found that what they were saying to be right inline with our issue and their pricing to be very fair. 

After agreeing to have the work completed, they came out the next morning. They showed up on time and started work immediately. After opening the lids on my septic tank, we found that it was completely full and not draining hardly at all. They pulled the filter out and immediately it started to drain. The proceeded to pump out the tank and wash the walls with clean water. They explained that as a home owner I should be cleaning the filter every 6 months. They explained that if I had done this, I may have not needed their services. After pumping and cleaning the tank, they replaced my filter with a new one, attached a handle so I could easily get to it when opening the lid. They showed me how to properly close the lid to keep it from breaking. 

All in all they seemed very professional and had a honest and genuine caring attitude towards their job and customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such services.
