I prefer the big box stores - I was ripped off once again by a local business. They charged me $42 for a $20 kit. I understand making a profit but.........anyhow, I was willing to pay the unusually high price to ensure I received the right part. Long story short, they ordered the wrong part and when I returned it they would only give me $25 of my $42 back. I was also told that they were doing me the favor. I keep doing the math and I only come up with one figure....... I ended up paying them $17, ended up with no parts at all and I missed 2 hrs of work........ and they were doing me the favor????

Why waste your time at the Box Stores searching for products you are never going to use?  I shop here exclusively for plumbing and they usually have the item in stock or can get it.  Prices are very competitive and there is really no hassle in going there to purchase plumbing.  Almost every contractor I know goes here for supplies from washers to high-end faucets and tubs.  

Quit wasting time and money at box stores if you need just plumbing.  Shop local and save our economy.
