Unimpressive once we swiped our card. The sales portion was great but once the purchase was done the experience went down. The delivery was messed up, the customer service was lacking, and once we got a service personnel out to look at the couch that was falling apart after 3 months, he was condescending and didn't actual hear what I was saying. I wouldn't buy from this company again, not with furniture stores on ever corner. The cushions on the sectional we purchased began to get a fuzz on the bottom cushions within a short time of our purchase. I took a picture and asked the people at the location if it was covered under the warranty and if it appeared normal for the couch. Assured it was not normal and should not look like that (we sit on the couch for about 30 min to an hour a day then we are out of the house), they scheduled the tech to come out. He said 3 or 4 times how it was from the dog, obviously unable to hear me say my dog is blind and doesn't get on the couch, he kept repeating how it was from the dog. I just wanted a quality product from a large company.. instead I got an expensive couch that is poorly made and a company that doesn't communicate between sales to customer service to tech to delivery personnel. What a mess it is to deal with this company, I just wouldn't recommend the headache. UPDATE: the cushion covers were ordered incorrectly, I received no update on the status until I called the store to ask. Picked them up from the store and they ordered the wrong number and style. Jessica was rude until she realized she did in fact order Not what I owned. Jessica reordered the cushions and I picked them up yesterday, put them on tonight and the cuddler is the wrong way. This place can't get it right. How hard is it? It's a retail job. I'm sorry but this is awful!

Do not buy from this organization...furniture is cheaply made and sold at a premium. Sectional couch literally fell a part after 3 years...right outside of the extended warranty we purchased too! They gave us a name of a company to fix it, as they were through with the discussion. Buyer beware....be very aware

Bought a Electric reclining sofa from American Signature and have visited a couple times since. The service we receive is not consistent. The store has a nice layout and some great looking furniture. There is typically a salesman who greets you when you first walk in.

As a long time customer, we will NEVER be back! My Fiance and I came in yesterday looking to purchase a new bed. The one we fell in love with wouldn't be shipped to us for 45 days. That wouldn't work for us seeing as how we have a brand new mattress and nothing to currently put it on. Shalyn (who was absolutely FANTASTIC) helped us figure out the best solution. We spoke with her manager who told us that if we purchased the bed, he would let us borrow a bed frame until our new bed came in (we didn't want to spend $60 on a bed frame that we would have to throw away or never use again).That sounded very enticing! This was the first place we had looked though so we told them we wanted to still look around. They agreed that they would honor that deal if we came back. After driving 45 minutes back to American Signature the next day, we signed the papers and paid for our new bed only to find out that the same manager RENEGED on our deal!!! We overheard him say on the phone that he "assumed we would spend more" as if our $450 wasn't enough. As someone who owns multiple retail stores, I was absolutely appalled and insulted by this! No matter how little one customer spends, he is just as valuable as the guy next to him spending $1000. I guess they don't believe the same. You may have wanted to look at the bigger picture and how it cost you that sale and many others in the future. It's sad a big company like that couldn't honor such a small request. (especially after they are the ones who offered it) Besides the 2 hours of wasteful driving, I guess why I'm upset is because the bed is being delivered to THEM so we would OBVIOUSLY have to return the bed frame. It just didn't make sense for them to take back the offer so quick. Needless to say, we returned our purchase in less than 5 minutes and we will be looking for a bed elsewhere. We will never be purchasing anything from them again. It's too bad. We really enjoyed this store and the many pieces in our home today. But out of principle, we will never return. By the way your manager smelled like a week old ashtray.

The sales man came off very pushy however i loved the sofa and really wanted it. We spent quite a bit of time in there and went back a few times as well . Salesman couldn't say enough good thing about the sofa but i was a little weary of quality..he insisted how wonderful the warranty was and they would cover anything! Shame on him for taking my $250.00, sofa is literally falling apart after 10 months and the warranty company will not cover it! They are rude and lack customer service, and now that the deal is done american signature wants nothing to do with it. I partially blame myself for not looking at all the reviews first, however you put your trust in a sales person that is so eager to help you when they are just taking advantage of you. I am beyond upset and will be outside the store this weekend with signs!! no one should support this company!
