Fantastic customer service provided by Carin Black. She went above and beyond to get us a quality outdoor furniture set at a great price. We shopped 3 other places before buying here. I would recommend Fortunoff for anyone looking for a good buying experience.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. Beautiful selection of outdoor furniture. The style and quality are just what I expected of Fortunoff. I had intended to just browse but fell in love with a matched pair of reclining seats with ottomans. Salespeople offered an inducement and I just couldn’t refuse. Thank you ladies. They are the most comfortable outdoor chairs I’ve ever sat on.
We bought quite a few pieces and were told our furniture would come on a certain date...nope. Some pieces have come in and have been delivered damaged. We are on our 5th delivery and again the order/ pieces were damaged or wrong. They keep pushing our date back on when all our furniture will be delivered. We spoke with the regional manager- Justin and said we are done and we would like the items returned and our money back. He seriously hung up on us. Worst experience/ customer service we have ever received. Do not buy from here!!!
Bought 2 lounge chairs from this place one day after work and I couldn't be happier! The two gals that were there were so nice and pleasant, and personable. I told the one I was looking for a resort like lounge chair and she showed me several different options. I am so looking forward to returning when we get our patio finished!
Paul and Carin were both excellent in getting us exactly what we needed. Carin had helped me a few days prior and asked me to come back another day or call and speak to Paul about our purchase. They were both extremely professional and helpful finding exactly what we needed. Overall great experience!!!!
We bought a high top umbrella table, 4 chairs for our pool area. Within a year the top of the tabel was breaking apart. We did end up filing a claim and getting a new one whole set, minus umbrella. Now when delivered they cracked the corner of the glass table top and not less than a year later the table is deteriorating again! Do not buy here. Expensive cost, cheap products.
I was searching for a outside bench and didn’t have any luck until I went to Fortunoff Backyard Store. Sale Representative Mr. Paul Jantschek was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional when helping me decide what bench I wanted. I found the bench I needed and I was given the opportunity to have it delivered on a later date, which was very helpful to me. I would recommend Fortunoff Backyard to my family and friends.
I recommend this place 100%. Caren was informative and knowledgeable. Paul was very efficient. Both were friendly and helpful. We look forward to the delivery of our beautiful new lanai furniture! Thank you Caren!
Very professional helpful and knowledgeable. Very willing to work with you regarding your budget. Sherry helped us out tremendously and Paul who I believe was the manager was able to keep the cost of merchandise and delivery stay in our budget. Definitely will return to this store!
Working with Carin Black at the Ft Myers store was delightful. She provided education on the multitude of products as well as assisting with coordinating color. It was truly a wonderful afternoon that assisted me in purchasing a product that will serve me a long time. Thank You, Carin!
