I had a great experience at American Truck Source. We arrived after a 1 hour and a half drive and it was pretty busy. Isaac was quick to notice me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what truck I wanted to see and handed me the keys. The "no pushy salesman" approach works for me. We looked at the truck comfortably and asked to drive it. Again, with ease they got a copy of my DL and off we were. Long story short we were out of there with a "new" truck in about 3 hours. They even stayed late to close the deal. Jordan and Isaac were there to answer all my questions. I will also point out that they were very fair on my trade-in. I can't speak on the negative comments on here but I will say this, they sell USED vehicles. Patrons should do research and inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Jordan was very transparent with what had been done to the vehicle to the best of his knowledge.

My husband and I are from Kansas and 9 hours from the dealer. We were looking to trade our 2013 Chevy duramax in for a 2008 Dodge Ram and all they would offer was an even trade, before taxes and fees. We’re very disappointed as we liked the look of the dodge online, we read reviews and asked the salesman about them, he offered no reassurance and was not willing to drop the price to what it retails for even though we had a ways to travel. We took our truck in to a local dealer and asked for a trade in value and they offered $7,000 more than what American Truck Source was offering us. We don’t intend to come off as rude or disrespectful, just very disappointed in the nature of discussing this deal. They were only willing to drop the price $500 when they had it listed for $3500 over the top end of retail value.

American Truck Source ROCKS! All really great guys! Awesome customer service and extremely knowledgeable! I was more than satisfied with the entire experience, from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off the lot in one of their trucks. They worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into something that I didn’t want! These guys are incredible. I will be sending EVERYONE I know to American Truck Source! 
I’ve never been more satisfied buying a truck than I was with them.

We have been looking for a truck for a few weeks.  We came across this truck on Craigslist and found it was located at American truck source.  We called the number and talked to Isaic . He was more help than anyone we have talked to anywhere . He had everything we needed done for us the next morning due  to us calling after hours the day before..  He was an amazing honest salesman and I highly recommend  using them..  They have an amazing choice of beautiful trucks to choose from..  Definitely  will come back in the future..
