The staff is very nice, however we have had an awful time getting our plates, title, and registration. We purchased our car on March 2 and it is now June 10 and we have still not received them. I was told at the beginning of May that they could not get the registration because our car had not been inspected. I took the day off and got the car inspected and hand delivered the paperwork to them. They put another set of dealer plates on the car. A month later, the beginning of June still no plates or registration. I called again, and was told that the office staff never submitted the paperwork. The dealer plates expire today. I was told it would be ANOTHER week and that I would have to go back to the shop for more dealer plates. I am frustrated because it has been 3 months. The communication is lacking and their ability to obtain the registration, plates, and title is frustrating. I makes me worry there is something shady going on. So far, our car has been good. There have been minor issues (the speakers not working on the drivers side, the stereo is broken, back windows not rolling down, tire pressure sensor is malfunctioning, the tires need to be balanced and aligned) we should have examined the car more thoroughly prior to purchase. We were told it was in great condition.  I will update this review once the issue with our plates, title and Registration has been resolved.

If you are looking for a shop that will do the work right and give you an honest price for repairs and body work, this is the place. Andreas and his staff do an awesome job! Very friendly and accommodating. Don't take your car anywhere else. I live in S. Austin but the drive is worth it!

I highly  recommend this place  due to the fact that the people and the establishment have a very high standard on the quality of work they do.  Easy to work with and always keep you informed on the progress on the work.  And if something doesn't come out right they will make sure to take care of it no matter what.

Andres charges reasonable prices and does a great job.  If you need any painting done, take the drive out there.  It's worth it!!
