I called several different technicians to come out and look at my washer. All of the companies I called wanted outrageous prices to fix my washer. I finally found Nate on google and called him. he was extremely helpful. He went over everything with me. He gave me the best price. He came out looked at my washer and told me what was wrong. He said he would need to order the part and that he would call me as soon as the part came in and would come out the same day. Nate did what he said he would do. I was so happy that Nate works on the weekends and late on week days. It's  very convenient for someone who works through the week like me. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends. My washer works great! Thank you so much Nate for a great job!

I cannot recommend American Veteran Technicians highly enough. Not knowing who to call when our refrigerator froze up, we tried AMVettechs. Nate personally answered his phone and made time at the end of his long day (7pm) to help us out at no extra cost.  He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We will absolutely be  calling on Nate again in the future.

Our technician, Nate, came out promptly as soon as we had called. Very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of fixing the refrigerator. Nate was very honest and polite. We think it is refreshing to see someone who truly cares about his work, and cares to give veterans a place of employment. We will surely recommend his service to others!

Nate is not honest and will rip you off. Nate did not reimburse me for the agitator I bought for my washing machine or the broken ice maker on my refrigerator.  Immediately after he installed the agitator for my washing machine , it broke and he stated he would reimburse me and send my a check.  Nate its 3 months later and no check.  I ended up having to buy a new washing machine.  He also tried to fix my ice machine on my refrigerator but that is still broke and he doesn't know how to fix it.  I paid $80.00 for service and parts and only got ripped off.    I tried to resolve the issue with him but he won't call me back.  Horrible technician and horrible customer service.  Don't loose your money and deal with the headache of Nate.
