This store has so much to look at. Very clean and nice. The only 2 issues I have is that no one has ever asked me if I need help ( and I've been there multiple times), I have been there to get rugs and it is a cluster F*#k. They have some nice rugs, but when your looking for an area rug it's a pain in the ass.

I love the variety of home goods; however; I have since learned many of the things I have purchased there I have found much cheaper elsewhere.  I was not aware of their return policy, which I have a real problem with.  I bought curtains for my remodeled kitchen, but did not hang them until 62 days after purchase.  They are not made properly and hang incorrectly and they were NOT cheap!  Calls to the store are never answered, so you cannot talk to anyone, nor do they return your calls.  BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Store has a  large inventory. Called ahead to reserve two items to be held at the register for me to pick up. Waited in line and when it was my turn I told her what I had placed on hold over the phoner earlier in the day. She went on her Walky talky to see where they were and only waited two seconds for a response before telling me to scoot over so she could take the next person in line when my items were sitting right there in front of the register. She then rang me up after she let the other person go in front of me. I had two children with me and she told me that one of them is not allowed to sit
In the cart. And then she tried to lift one of my children out of the cart so I could put the items in my shopping cart without asking. She was completely rude and out of line. Disgusted with my experience today.

Great stuff, good customer service. Prices are way high though so I walk the store for good finds.
