I want to start by saying that the lady at the front desk was so kind and her customer service was great! We checked in around midnight and had no issues. We were even moved from an upstairs room to a ground floor. We are traveling with 3 small dogs and they were very accommodating with a reasonable pet fee! Our room also had a tv, microwave, and mini fridge. We were in a room with a ‘queen’ bed. However the bed was definitely smaller than a queen. I did do a mattress check/bedding check and everything did appear to be nice and clean. The bed was hard as a rock and neither my husband or I slept very well for the night we stayed. The toilet in our bathroom would run continuously unless we wiggled the handle to get it to stop. Had we been staying more than one night we would have called the front desk to fix that.
Needs MUCH BETTER up keep in rooms. Walking dog at night and was startled by men outside behind building drinking. And junk all around dumpsters UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT RECOMMENDRooms: 1/5
I was completely bamboozled into this jankie room. I called the LA Quinta. And how I ended up here just bothers me. I made the reservation then clicked through the confirmation email. I seen the pictures and I thought NO WAY!! I IMMEDIATELY canceled reservation within a minute of making it. They wouldn't honor my cancelation. If I stayed or not, I would've been charged. Terrible place. It is entirely my fault. I do not blame management in any way.
I give one star to run down old tv’s and nasty remotes I know you can afford smart tv’s and your exterior landscape looks like a dump, run down entrance and super lack of maintenance inside and out. If it weren’t for my personal ability to improvise self comfort, I’d be giving even a worse review. Noteworthy details: There’s a super Walmart half a block walking distance but no one should have to be thinking of places like where am I gonna eat because your hotel must have amenities for there patrons who are paying over $100 a night in a hotel with no descent and affordable accommodations.
Rude maid service and lack of communication with staff over who is a stay over,checked out/in.threatening to get flagged/kicked out by a angry male maid had a attitude who uses Aunt who works there and refuses to service or provide clean towels,sheets ect.half maids or ect lived in same motel as well.very uncomfortable stay!! For a Value Inn.. exactly what it is! Grab a bite from Whataburger down the street, grab a value priced room, take a shower, catch some Z's, and get back on the road. Staff's super friendly and helpful. We've stayed multiple times with our dogs low pet fee, easily access to and from the 40! Rated based on knowing the price of the room is a value, it's an inexpensive way to grab some rest if in the area. Noteworthy details: Front staff really helped us with our 91yo grandmother's needs of a ground level room near a ramp even though the handicap room was already rented for the evening. Thank you for making her stay comfortable. She enjoyed her stay, better than econolodge.
Last minute need for a family member to stop on a road trip, Big Ryan was so wonderfully patient and able to answer all my questions to make sure I could secure a booking while the guest was in transit. During the check in process, Priceline’s end declined.. which was a bit concerning. But Big Ryan checked and confirmed our end was cleared, checked them in, and immediately called to get things resolved with Priceline. It was quick, painless, and amazing service. Thank you Big Ryan!!!!!!
For what I paid I’m not happy about the bed having blood stains on it, cigarette burns, bathroom had dirty towels, pool was closed, neighbors fighting, slamming doors. I will not stay here againRooms: 1/5
I stayed her for over a month and the people here were so nice and accommodating..they were understanding and kind knowing my situation the housekeepers were friendly and made sure I always had what I needed the front desk was always kind and greeted me w a smile the owner was very nice and pleasant the rooms were clean and never had a problem w the location or atmosphere I would recommend this place to anyone ...great job and thank you to staff I appreciate you all room 221
This was the dirtiest, trashiest place I’ve ever stayed. Unfortunately I was too exhausted to go look for another room. The floor hadn’t been swept and the shower was quite nasty! Didn’t dare even use it! I did examine the bed and saw it was clean and no bed bugs so I crashed for a few hours but the bed was rock hard as were the pillows. I would have gone to my car to get mine but the people outside literally scared me! Pics online are deceiving!! Safety: Did not seem like a safe place!
