The manager took care of some very loud rude customers that had a room next to ours. The room was great and provided us with a good night sleep. I️ would recommend this hotel my family and friends. The staff was exceptional

Would not recommend this place! My son is in the military and was moving bases and chose to stay here during his travel.  He called and asked if they had laundry machines there because he had been traveling for days and had to do some laundry.  After finding out the dryer was broken after he has wet clothes, had to stay up about 4 hours getting his laundry resolved with no sleep!  This was definitely misleading to say you have something and then it not work. Management was no help and rude. She said it's not a perfect world.  Things break! That is not the way you treat customers.

Great hotel, nice rooms and decent price. Has an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Free breakfast with a nice spread

The comfort inn & suites in Amarillo was newly remodeled, clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff were helpful. Pool was heated and a perfect temp! The continental breakfast was also wonderful with lots of variety!
