The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. I tried to go in the jacuzzi but it was cold. I got Milk for my coffee that was 3 days past its date and curled. Over 400$ for 3 nights. Stay somewhere else. Kinda disappointing

My husband and I love staying here they have good service there friendly the rooms are clean and well-kept bathrooms are always stocked your toiletries the pool and spa are always welcoming and very clean. The price is a little bit more then usual but well worth it for the service and cleanliness as you get.

It's quiet and there is shopping and coffee nearby. The customer service could use some work. My friend checked 3 people into our room. I went down to ask for a key and they refused stating I was not the original person who checked in. She confirmed 3 people were registered to the room (we had to pay an additional $20 a night for it) and she still wouldn't give me a key. I asked for her to compare my ID to the email address that booked the room (as it was mine), she took a copy of my ID and still refused to give me a key. I told her I had no way into the room to get my things and leave and she said she would open the door for me. She tried coming in and going through things! I didn't even know what to say.
