Had no problems here,very quiet it was so quiet that I forgot were I was. The rooms have been updated with hard wood floors and the house keeping and maintenance has done a good job maintaining the place clean

At first I thought this was an okay spot to be but with time I learned that the manager Craig and his fiance are thieves Liars overall not good people the management or whoever runs this place does not keep up on the house keeping the pool was disgusting the property overall was dirty the rooms were not kept up air conditioners broken the mini frigerators broken I don't want to bash this place but if there is somewhere else that you can go then you should go there..

I thank god for this place. It beats sleeping on the streets.  The front desk workers here are amazing here.  They are really cool.  So for you uppity people maybe you should stay at the Ritz Carlton.  You still aren't going to get room service from the house keepers. Get off your lazy asses and clean your room.

My family and I recently paid for a family member to stay here over the weekend. The place is infested with giant roaches whose droppings haven't been cleaned in days. There was also leftover food in the freezer showing that wasn't cleaned from it's last tenant. We also had issues with the cable not working despite them advertising they provide it. After calling the manager to explain our concerns and asking to move to another room, we were told it was too late to move and our family member was left in an unsanitary room overnight. The next morning we tried speaking with the manager again to see if we could be accommodated-he was very rude, sarcastic and cynical with every reply, not willing to help a paying customer. This will be the first and last time we will ever use this establishment. Please don't stay here.

First off, I will say we stayed at this place for about a month and a half while moving apartments. We couldn't move in until sept 15th. 

Not a single thing is spectacular about this place except for the old "colonial" look of it. 

1) We were out into a work in progress room that had no key (they had to let us in), the fridge didn't work and the power kept going off. We shrugged it off for two hours, then asked for a one bed room. 
2) In room #2, my kids had to wear socks 24/7 because the floor literally turned their feet as black as they would have gotten from running around barefoot on asphalt. 
3) We gave our kids a bath one night, didn't drain the tub and were awoken at 2 AM because the people below us had water in their room. Apparently the tub had a leak. One time happening? Cool. No problem. This happened twice because they didn't fix it all the way the first time. 
4) We literally never had anyone up to clean our room. No sheets changed even once.
5) Need toilet paper? You better walk your butt down to the office and ask, because no one goes up to check your room.
6) Need towels? "Just put them outside" they said. "They'll be replaced" they said. Ha! They sometimes sit there for two days and have only been replaced twice. Every other time, we had to go hunt down the maid. 
7) Don't bother making arrangements with the wife (though she was the one who had the brain), because the husband won't check with her and then will harass you all day. He apparently is not aware of what he can be sued for. Doesn't help that he's scared of the owner either.

When it all comes down, this place is a dump with a married couple as the managers, yet they're never on the same page. Also, who the hell charges $375/week for a dirty room that never gets checked on? The Colonial Inn does!

Oh, and 8) Cops are there almost every damn night.
