This place is horrible. The rooms are disgusting, mold on the walls and ceiling and carpets are nasty. The WiFi is in the main office which is not connected to the rooms so if your staying in any of the rooms from the middle to the end you don't get WiFi. The owner\manager is very rude and when I complained about the room all of a sudden they mistakenly double charged me. This is the only hotel in Winnsboro, if I have to come back for work I will stay in Monroe and just make the drive everyday.

Walked into dark room with arms filled with hanging clothes and suitcase walked toward the bed and fell Face down because the suite bed room steps down. Carpet is the same color. Also the air in the bedrooms did not keep the room cool. Horrible experience! Also the pool wasn't available! We stayed in room 101. The air was not big enough to keep the room cool.

Our room was nice and clean and love the free wifi! I think this hotel is a little older but it is well maintained. This is my 4th stay here and would definitely stay again!

The owner and management need to repremand the night audit/ boss at night for this hotel! Very unprofessional! Very hateful, rude and made light of the fact that I was dealing with a death in the family, her words verbatim, " sorry bout the death but I can't help yoh, then she hangs up on me.. I call back and ask for management and owner information and she says, find it ya damn self! Very unprofessional! Make the company look horrible, I was raised in SWLA and I've never came across someone so hateful when it comes to taking care of quality and customer service! I believe this woman should be fired immediately, she disrespected and hung up on me 3xs... I informed her in a polite voice that if the is the acting manager at night then she needs to take pride in her job and respect the customers and their experiences with the company, instead of making light of the death of my loved on and hanging up on me.... I will never, ever spend my money again here when traveling from outta state back home and I will tell others not to as well! #terribleterriblemeanwoman
