One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and the best hotel of our 8 day trip by far. The lobby was warm, cozy, welcoming, and inviting. The staff was kind, helpful, and respectful; they were eager to bend over backwards to accommodate us. The only draw back was THERE'S NO ELEVATOR! However, the rest of the experience made up for it 100%. Breakfast was incredible! The cook was so friendly and you could really tell he loved his job. He definitely pushed our experience over the top with his undeniable big heart and kindness. We had an amazing experience at this AmericInn. Do Not judge a book by its cover, the hotel looks uninviting from the outside; it's surrounded by numerous big name hotels that are gorgeous on the outside. The AmericInn Bismarck is a great great great place to stay, do not hesitate!!

It was a nice room and they were very accommodating for my handicapped fiancee. I thought it was a good experience. They need to fix the leak in the ice machine though.

Friendly staff but the place has paper thin walls and doors, basically. We were up all night (close to 1am) because kids were running back and forth upstairs and we could hear people in the room next door talking. The pillows are awful too. Felt like a lump of rocks honestly. Generally, we like staying at AmericInn but this one wasn’t as good as previous ones we’ve stayed at.

Nice and quiet. Friendly service. Good rates. They let you use the Anytime Fitness nearby to workout. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for all ages something for everyone worth the money would recommend it to all families since the reopening it is my families new favorite place to stay while in the cities
