The bathroom was not clean. Space between tub and tile was filled with dirt. Tile missing behind door was filled with dirt. Bathroom sink was plugged. Electrical strips were very dirty. Especially one behind the bed stand. Very dirty also. Staff is very friendly. Customer service was good.

Older building, but inside is clean and comfortable.. The bar/ restaurant is closed now :( but it still has a nice pool and hot tub and a pool table which is awesome.. I'd stay her again.

I understand you get what you pay for. But there were other newer hotels for the same price that I’m now regretting not staying at. At check in I wouldn’t by any means have said customer service was bad but it wasn’t anything to praise. The gal at the front desk acted annoyed with me and clearly didn’t want to be at work. Whatever no big deal. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub and pool are so salty though you feel like your swimming in the ocean except the hot tub melts your skin off and the pool feels like it could give you hypothermia. At bedtime we go to watch tv and it doesn’t work. Just static. I kindly call down to the front desk and ask if we could trade TVs with a vacant neighboring room and she said we could switch rooms. I said that we were settled and in bed and just wanted a working TV. She told Me “hmmm” “well” and “eh, they wouldn’t approve of that” and I said well can you bring me a working tv then and she said “no”. I expressed that I was extremely annoyed about her non shalantness of it all and she said “oh” and I got mad and hung up. That is absolutely ridiculous. It’s an amentinity I paid for and fully expected the hotel to be accommodating. This experience alone is enough to make me never stay here or recommend this hotel EVER AGAIN!

The steak was cooked perfectly. I didn't know the restaurant existed. Great place, I would recommend it.
