As an independent contractor for this organization, I've come to understand the culture and values of this company. Everyone from the co-owners to the frontline technicians strive to honor their number one priority - urgency.

When faced with client or account issues everyone within the organization works diligently to resolve the matter and go above and beyond to correct that issue - often times working outside of normal business hours.

They are a very personable culture and fiercely loyal to partnerships and vendors who do right by the common good of both the organization itself and its clients.

I have used Americle Health Care many times in the past 5 years and have always been please with the prompt delivery and excellent customer service.  I have ordered several wheelchairs and wheelchair repair parts.   Both the quality and service are exceptional and the prices are reasonable.  

The technicians come out when they say and any issues are addressed  quickly.  I just wish the company was able to do more specialized equipment--I am dealing with another company where a custom wheelchair was ordered 5 months ago and has yet to be delivered.  With Americle, the product is usually delivered the next day or if there is a delay, there is always a phone call.

Just want to say thank you to everyone from the 1st step to the last step who helped getting the chair lift put in our house. Great service from the start to the end and when we had a user error they came out immediately to show us what we were doing wrong. Your support was not only efficient and friendly but your services provide for a safe environment for my family member.

Great Company!  Had to travel for work and was worried about not having a back brace for my trip.  Insurance covered everything and Americle was able to overnight my brace to me.  Can't thank them enough!
