Casino is a smoking casino !!! Although it was well ventilated... Casino is small! Very limited on hours and types of food available, which was surprising Hotel room was fantastic ! Very clean spacious with all the amenities and nice view. * see pictures attached Rooms: The two person tub was just what the doctor ordered after 36 hours of flights from the far size of the World and months of working in the jungle. Great to be back in the USA!
We rented a room for three nights. The atmosphere was really nice. Rooms and surroundings were execptional. The only thing that I had an issue on was the service. I called to schedule room cleaning for the next day and it was never done. We stood there three nights and it was not cleaned once. Oh, and yes, I did take the "do not disturb" sign off. The only time I had it on was when we were in the room. The only complaint I had was the overall customer service.
They have changed they way they comp the rooms in my app it says 2 nights per week and when you book the room it appears that you have two nights but the next day you find out it based on play and if you have to pay for the second night plus the Threaten to charge me a late check out fee of 75 dollars wow this use to be a nice place to kick back I will never book a room here a again I was so disappointed with this experience I Usually enjoy my rooms win or lose but this was not cool and the front desk person was horrible wish I got her name all the money o play to be done like that Unacceptable
My hotel stay here was the best I experienced so far! The front desk staff were super helpful to me and my bf since it was my first time there. Employees were very informative, courteous and had great attitudes! Hotel rooms were very clean and fully stocked as well! We definitely will return.Rooms: 5/5

My family and I traveled from Tennessee to attend a surprise birthday party. There was 2 senior citizensmy parents, 3 adults and my 14yr old son! I was checking in and was getting ready to get the key, and my son walked to me, and the lady asked if he was with me, I said yes! She said under 21 can't stay here, with confusion on my face,she said it's on the website, as I proceed to alert my family, we were very unaware. I looked on the site and still didn't see where it says,no children. Which should be in bold letters at the too of the site. I still don't see it to this day! The bell hop over heard our conversation and helped out tremendously, with talking to the manager and he allowed us to let my son stay for 1 night,we were only staying 2 nights. We made arrangements for him that night,but the next night,he stayed with us and we weren't allowed to let him roam around,which was fine with us. They called us 3 different times, telling us we had to go,because they gave the room to somebody, but we it for 2 nights and already so we weren't leaving. Then get another call asking we had to go,because my so was here more than 1 night..mind you,we made adjustments for him to stay with a relative last minute..then the 3rd time..was are you sure he isn't here. Like thank you for allowing him to stay 1 night,but stop with the calls.. he stayed the 2nd night,because we were heading back to Tn. The food in the casino was good,but the customer service not at all!!! PLEASE MAKE IT KNOWN THIS IS NOT KID FRIENDLY
I give it 3 stars more so for the machine over all as in bonuses and we didn't loose anything, BUT as walking in to the casino it smelled stale as in the building it self was compack with out air,service as coming in to the casino, no greeting as in HELLO WELCOME TO SO AND SO CASINO as usually everyone is greeted at every casino when coming in to the building, felt uncomfortable as to many people gave the vibe to us interracial couples, and as the bar tender bar in the high limit room on Labor day night, she was polite to a older white man and a white couple, and when it came to us interracial couples asking politely for what we wanted to drink and us using the word that you as what we call manors, obviously this bartender else don't know what manors or she just didnt like interracial couples at all, either way I believe if every one at the bar have been polite to you and use manors please and thank you with a calm tone voice, you would think you don't get treated any different, other then that it was a good experience to test this casino out since we never stopped here, but would we come back here again, NO. But thank you for letting us trucker stop by. I really do hope management work on there employees on manors skills good luck and thank you for letting us park by the black gate as you asked in your property.
A bit beat up but decent for a locals casino. Mid states poker tour was here, and pretty well organized. Clean. But absolutely no 'wow', which is a little sad. Give folks just a little wow, if you are in the casino business, right? Yield management software is not really welcoming.Rooms: 3/5
Never stayed in the hotel here but came to the comedy show with my hubby and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I was laughing until I was crying the comics were great the tickets were affordable and so we're the drinks We had a great time can't wait to see who else comes and we'll get tickets to go and probably next time bring some friends along! Food & drinks: Haven't tried the food but the alcoholic drinks were decently priced and very tasty
Rooms are decent. However, the AC does not get cold and has a governor. It will not get below 72 degrees, no matter the settings. I guess the goal is to not help you sleep well, but to go to the casino from lack of sleepRooms: 1/5
