About 8 years ago, our friend Vincent gave my husband and I a gift certificate to Amici's for our anniversary. Little did we know that generous gift would lead us to a great group of people. From our first visit to our most recent one, the service and the food have been excellent. Chef Joel, Becky, Austin and Mitchel have become such an important part of our lives. We've shared many meals and moments at their table and have had them cater our off site events. They put up with my husband Joe's unique ordering habits, my 3 yo son's bottomless pit of a belly and my many, many indecisive moments. It's not often independent restaurants survive and thrive in a sea of chain eateries. Amici's is a standout. Our family wishes Amici's endless success.

A week ago was only the second time I've been to the restaurant upstairs. They have a decent menu to choose from. The process are a little steep though so I expected better. I ordered pumpkin ravioli and I never finished it. When ordering I asked if it was in a cream sauce and they told me yes. When it came out was actually in a butter sauce, yuck. There were more apples than pasta and first thought it tasted similar to Apple Betty. The dish was small however and there were only 5 raviolis. I've had much better while dining out so this is something I wouldn't order again. I asked for dessert to go and was obliged however surprised as I ordered tiramisu and it came in a glass dish and was mostly whipped topping, glass cop and all came home with me. The garlic knots needed to be cooked more as both me and my husband felt them sitting on our stomaches for a long time. The decor is outdated and the tables too close together.

I give 4 stars because the pizza special is awesome. I have 5 kids at home and a deal like this is a godsend. However it didn't get the last star because how can you as an owner after hearing the bad customer service stories from your pizza counter allow this to happen like you don't give a damn? I have called and been treated with little to no respect as well. Imagine you called a place to spend your money and they treat you poorly. Would you stil go again? This is such an easy fix too. Seriously? Fire the guys who can't handle the customer service aspect of the job. People work full weeks and spend their money in your place. There should be a certain level of gratitude that comes along with that. If your employees can't comprehend that then replace them.

Haven't had a bad meal yet.. Moderately priced.. Parking lot is small. Restaurant is very nice. Wait staff always​ nice

Their pizza is from the gods. You get HUGE slices for what you pay for and they carry SARANAC Beverages!!!! But pizza is a 10/10 very good will be back again. Quick and good customer service
